During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I truly liked the luxurious and upscale atmosphere, which really set the holiday mood. Additionally, the hotel's strategic location in the central business district was a major advantage as it made it convenient for me to explore the city and access various amenities.

One of the things I disliked about the hotel was its odd location. It seemed to be isolated with not much around, which meant I had to rely on taxis to go anywhere.

The staff at the hotel, including the Executive Lounge Manager and the front desk staff, were amazing and provided exceptional service. The Executive Lounge offered top shelf liquor, great food, and amazing breakfasts. The hotel's location next to Parksons mall was convenient. The hotel had incredible views of Zhengzhou city, and a delicious breakfast from the cityview restaurant.

Located in a newly developed area, this hotel is conveniently close to restaurants and the convention center. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The service is excellent, with friendly staff and efficient housekeeping. The breakfast offers a wide range of options and is of excellent quality. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view from their rooms and make use of the well-organized fitness center.

The hotel lacks English proficiency among some staff members.

Exceptional service from the Guest Relation manager. We wanted to check in early and Chloe personally followed up on our room. She made sure it was ready in no time. The friendly staff and great amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with excellent service. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable with a cozy bed that provided a good night's sleep. The room service was prompt and the food was of good quality. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. The views of the surrounding area were beautiful, especially at night. We also enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast.

One small issue we encountered was that the food selection in the executive lounge was not as extensive as we expected. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience at the hotel.
